Returns & Exchanges

At Minga London, we want you to love your new outfit, but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items for a refund or exchange. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the package is sealed properly for transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
